About the KRADDLE KAP satin hair bonnet: Infant balding is very common in many babies and it is generally caused by the friction of cotton fabrics rubbing against a baby’s delicate hair. The Kraddle Kap satin hair bonnet is designed specifically for babies and it is available in several sizes to accommodate a baby’s rapid head growth and development. The Kap is constructed of satin and is accompanied by a stretchy band that should fit the baby’s head snugly. Our unique band has 2 landmark features (1) the band rises above the ear for comfort and (2) the seam in the middle goes at the nape of the neck. (*note: most xsmall and adult bonnets are made without the ear spaces).
AVAILABLE SIZES for this option: x-small, small, medium, & large. It is best to select your size from the drop-down menu.
*Please note that the LARGE bonnet size has changed to add more volume for longer hair/braids.
FOR BEST RESULTS, we recommend using The Kraddle Kap satin hair bonnet anytime your baby is lying down. However, it can be used as much or as little as you want. Ensure that the band fits your baby’s head snugly with each use.
HOW TO WASH: Machine washing on a delicate cycle prior to first use and any time bonnet is soiled is recommended, dryer safe. Do not bleach and do not wash with fabrics that may snag the satin fabric.
WHEN TO REPLACE: You’ll need to replace your bonnet as your baby grows and the band becomes tight, and the Kraddle Kap no longer fits.
